Powerful Double Exposure Photographs by Brandon Kidwell
Florida-based photographer Brandon Kidwell uses a double-exposure technique to compose powerful images combining parts of the human figure and nature. Through a series of hand shots and portraits, Kidwell infuses beautiful landscape sceneries, which convey a paradoxical sensation; his work is bold, yet vulnerably soothing. The surreal effect also lends itself to a multitude of interpretations, which reflect sentimental, nostalgic and wistful ideas in an abstract form.
